bt1971 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the bt1971 website at https://bt1971.vip and all associated web pages, mobile interfaces, and services.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total sum of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any credits, free spins, free bets, or promotional incentives awarded by bt1971 that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wager" means a real-money or bonus-money bet placed on any game or sporting event on the Platform.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency of Bangladesh, represented by the ৳ symbol.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6, the time zone used for all platform operational purposes.

References to "including" are non-exhaustive. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. Where these Terms conflict with any specific promotion or game rules, the specific promotion or game rules prevail for that specific matter only.

To register an Account and use the bt1971 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not expressly prohibited under applicable local law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You do not hold any other active or suspended Account on the bt1971 Platform.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the bt1971 Platform or had an Account closed for a breach of these Terms.

During registration you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in Account suspension. bt1971 may require documentary verification of your identity, age, address, and payment method at any stage. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in Account restrictions or closure.

bt1971 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide reasons.

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any authentication details with any other person. You must not allow any other individual to access or use your Account for any purpose.

bt1971 is entitled to treat all instructions received from your Account as having been authorised by you. Any Wager placed, deposit made, or withdrawal requested via your Account whilst your credentials are valid shall be your sole responsibility, regardless of whether such action was taken by you personally.

You must notify bt1971's support team immediately if you become aware of or reasonably suspect any unauthorised access to your Account or any compromise of your login credentials. bt1971 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to notify us promptly or where the unauthorised access resulted from your own failure to maintain adequate security.

bt1971 may lock, suspend, or restrict access to an Account where we reasonably suspect a security breach, pending investigation.

All funds deposited into your bt1971 Account must originate from a payment method that is legally registered in your name. bt1971 does not accept deposits from third-party sources. Deposits made from accounts belonging to another individual will be reversed and the associated Account may be suspended pending investigation.

Approved payment channels include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, and other methods listed on the Platform's deposit page at the time of your transaction. bt1971 may add or remove payment channels at its discretion.

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed within five minutes under standard operating conditions. During periods of high volume or security review, processing may take up to 24 hours.
• bt1971 does not impose processing fees on standard BDT deposits and withdrawals. Third-party payment providers may apply their own charges, for which bt1971 bears no responsibility.

bt1971 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to identity documents, proof of payment method ownership, and source-of-funds declarations. Withdrawals will not be processed to payment methods other than those used for deposits on the Account, unless approved by the compliance team in writing.

Any funds remaining in an Account that has been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity administration fee as notified to the Account holder. bt1971 will provide reasonable notice before any inactivity fee is applied.

bt1971 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, free bets, cashback rewards, reload offers, seasonal promotions, and other incentives to eligible Players. The following general conditions apply to all promotional offers unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to Players who meet the eligibility criteria stated on the promotion page.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per device, and per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated on the relevant promotion page.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified. Bonus Funds that remain subject to incomplete wagering requirements upon expiry will be forfeited without compensation.
• bt1971 reserves the right to exclude certain games or betting markets from contributing to wagering requirements. Game contribution percentages are published on each promotion's terms page.
• Bonuses cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred between Accounts, or combined with other offers unless explicitly permitted.

bt1971 reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify any promotion at any time where there is evidence of abuse, technical error, or circumstances outside its reasonable control. Players who are found to have engaged in bonus abuse — including, but not limited to, creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing opposing bets to guarantee profit from bonus funds, or exploiting promotion terms in a manner contrary to their intended purpose — will have their bonuses forfeited and their Accounts reviewed.

All games available on the bt1971 Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface or on the relevant game information page. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the applicable game rules before placing any Wager. bt1971 accepts no responsibility for losses incurred as a result of a Player's misunderstanding of game rules.

All sports betting markets are governed by the specific sport and market rules published in the bt1971 Sportsbook section. In the event of ambiguity, bt1971's decision on the applicable rules is final.

All game outcomes on the bt1971 Platform are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The results of completed Wagers are final and cannot be reversed except where a demonstrable technical fault has occurred. In the event of a technical fault during game play, the round in question will be declared void and all stakes returned to the Player's Account.

If you believe a Wager has been settled incorrectly, you must raise a dispute with the bt1971 support team within 72 hours of the disputed settlement. Disputes raised after this window may not be investigated. bt1971 will endeavour to resolve all disputes within five business days. The Platform's decision on disputed Wager outcomes is final and binding.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bt1971 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account Balance and Bonus Funds, and may result in legal action:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent stage of Account use.
• Opening or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place Wagers, navigate the Platform, or interact with games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players, game operators, or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or sports results.
• Using the Platform to launder money or facilitate any other financial crime.
• Placing Wagers on behalf of any third party without their explicit written consent and without complying with all applicable Know Your Customer requirements.
• Making chargeback requests on deposits where the deposited funds have been used for gaming activity.
• Attempting to withdraw funds that are subject to an active fraud or security investigation.

bt1971 employs advanced fraud detection and transaction monitoring systems. Any Account flagged by these systems may be suspended pending manual review without prior notice.

• Decisions made by the Player in the course of gaming activity, including losses incurred as a result of strategic gaming decisions.
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, government action, telecommunications failures, or cyber-attacks beyond bt1971's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits bt1971's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

You may close your Account at any time by submitting a written closure request to bt1971's support team via live chat or email. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, bt1971 will process the closure within 48 hours. Any positive real-money Balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided all identity verification and withdrawal conditions have been satisfied.

bt1971 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its discretion, including where:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• bt1971 is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory guidance, or a court order.
• The Account has been inactive for an extended period and the Player cannot be contacted.
• bt1971 determines that continuing to provide services to the Account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk.

Where an Account is closed by bt1971 for a breach of these Terms, bt1971 reserves the right to withhold any Account Balance pending investigation. Funds will be returned where the investigation concludes that no breach occurred or where the breach does not justify forfeiture under these Terms.

bt1971 collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

bt1971 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be published on this page, with the "Last Updated" date revised accordingly. Where amendments are material — meaning they substantively affect Players' rights or obligations — bt1971 will notify registered Players via their Account's registered email address or via an in-platform notification at least seven days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the bt1971 Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 11.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which bt1971 operates. bt1971 makes no representation that the services offered are appropriate or available for use in all jurisdictions. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all applicable local laws.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

bt1971's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
